Feldman Gale is pleased to announce that James A. Stepan has become a partner of the firm.  He practices out of the Miami office and focuses on commercial litigation, civil RICO, insurance fraud, contract disputes, trademark litigation, trade secret litigation, false designation of origin, misappropriation of name, likeness, or image, appeals, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, products liability, and employment discrimination.

Mr. Stepan is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Mr. Stepan is also Board Certified in Intellectual Property as accredited by the Florida Bar.
