Feldman Gale Opens Office in Pennsylvania

Feldman Gale is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm with the opening of our new office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The new office is located at 1700 Market Street, Suite 3130, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and will be managed by firm partner David A. Cherry. Janet T. Griffin, Director of the Patent Prosecution Practice will also work out of the office.

"With the firm's recent expansion into Maryland, we wanted to further strengthen our Northeastern presence, and Philadelphia offered the ideal business climate to do so," said James A. Cherry, a Registered Patent Attorney, focuses his practice on patent procurement and other complex matters before the United States and foreign patent offices, including reexaminations, reissues, oppositions, public protests, due diligence studies, technology in licensing, IPO's, stock and bond offerings, acquisitions and divestitures.

Ms. Griffin has over 14 years of experience in intellectual property practice and has worked with some of the largest intellectual property practices on the East Coast. Ms. Griffin is a skilled problem solver with advanced expertise in US and foreign patent office procedure. She oversees Feldman Gale's growing intellectual property practice and is responsible for the training and management of the prosecution staff.
